Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase by submitting a cancellation request through email or the contact form on our website.
After 24 hours, the order will be processed and cannot be cancelled, as the artwork will be packed and prepared for shipping.
Return Policy
As all paintings are handmade, unique, and original, we do not accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind.
Returns will only be considered in case of:
- Artwork being damaged during shipping.
- A wrong item being delivered.
Refund Policy
If your order qualifies for a return (damaged or incorrect item), please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and artwork.
Once verified, we will either:
- Replace the artwork (if available), or
- Provide a full refund to your original payment method.
Refunds may take 5–7 business days to reflect in your account.
Non-Refundable Items
Custom paintings or commissioned artworks are non-refundable and non-cancellable once the work has started.
